To avoid any delays or errors in delivering your order, please ensure that you enter your address correctly and completely. This includes any necessary abbreviations, street numbers, apartment numbers, and route information. We are not liable for any shipments that are lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

 All orders need time to be processed before they are ready to be shipped. This processing time may vary depending on different factors, but it usually takes up to 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).

Please note that the delivery time of your order depends on when it is shipped out, not when it is placed, as well as the shipping method and the destination of your order.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations, but we may use other carriers if needed to meet shipping requirements.

The final shipping cost of your order will be shown at checkout.

TO RECEIVE STORE CREDIT, PLEASE ENSURE:

Items must be returned within 5 business days of receipt. Items must be unused and unwashed. Returns of damaged, worn, or soiled items, or items without their original tags, will not be accepted. Items should be in a condition suitable for resale. All tags must be attached to the items. Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. Non-returnable items include final sale products. We reserve the right to reject any exchange that does not meet our standards, including any signs of wear. Return shipping fees to Kathy’s Closet Online are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Kathy’s Closet conducts thorough inspections of all items before shipping; therefore, receiving damaged merchandise is highly unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and if the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit. Store credit is valid only at www.kathycloset.com.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME Your return for store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of your package. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM: Securely pack your merchandise in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can’t send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return. Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your invoice. Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
